The weighing and screening double-disc screw packaging machine is a fully automatic vertical equipment. 4  , operation process

1 . The vibrator blow automatically arranges the screws.
2 . The screw passes through the track to automatically hoard the prodcut, and the product is counted by the air cylinder to block, and the product is discharged according to the set quantity.
3 . After the screws are discharged, they enter the weighing and selecting mechanism for choosing, and the qualified flow to the packaging machine for packaging, and the ones that do not reach the qualified quantity are rejected to the box
